"Curans.org" is committed to your satisfaction.
If you have purchased digital/subscription from Curans.org and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 10 days of the original purchase date.
When a consumer purchases a Curans subscription, it is important to note that they are paying for the usage of the app rather than the app itself.
Due to the digital nature of the product, returns or refunds may not be as straightforward as with physical, non-digital products.
Our refund policy applies exclusively to individual users and does not extend to institutions or universities.
While Curans strives to adhere to the refund policy mentioned, it reserves the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis regarding refunds for individual subscriptions.

- Non-returnable Items:
Refunds are not applicable for institutional licenses, as granting refunds in such cases could potentially have a direct negative impact on the company.
- Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:
1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting Hello@Curans.org.
2. Request of refund must be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.
3. Users are eligible for a refund only if they have not exceeded a total of five medical cases. This means that refunds can be requested for five cases or fewer.
4. Users who can provide valid proof of technical issues specifically related to the website structure may be eligible for a refund.
Renewal: If a party does not provide an email notice of non-renewal at least fourteen (14) days prior to the expiration of the current Subscription Term, Service Plans will be automatically renewed for a duration equivalent to the previous Subscription Term.
Please note that Curans retains the right to adjust the Fees at the start of each Subscription Term.
Any Fees associated with a renewed Subscription Term must be paid on the date of renewal.
